of Bakery Engineers, is a professional society comprised of members who

The Bread Bakers Guild
of America
The Bread Bakers Guild of America is a nonprofit organization for professional
bread bakers, bakery owners, suppliers and technical experts in the field.
It was formed to promote interaction and the exchange of information between
members and to raise professional standards of artisan bread bakers through
education.
Grain Foods Foundation
The Grain Foods Foundation is dedicated to advancing the public's understanding
of the beneficial role grain-based foods play in the human diet. The
Foundation is committed to programming that is deeply rooted in the science
and is working together with the Grain Foods Foundation Advisory Board,
a multidisciplinary cross-section of nationally recognized nutrition
and healthcare experts, to ensure this benchmark is met every step of
the way.

North American Millers’ Association (NAMA) is the trade association
of the wheat, corn, oat and rye milling industry. It is comprised of milling
member companies operating mills in the United States and Canada and associate
member companies representing the industries providing products and services
to the mills.

The North Dakota Wheat Commission works to sustain and expand use of wheat
grown by North Dakota farmers by creating worldwide market opportunities
through efforts including opening overseas markets, reinforcing consumption
of grain foods, developing new wheat varieties and influencing international
import and export policies.

help increase awareness of dietary grains as an essential component to
